By downloading or using miAzucr ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Wellness, not medicine. miAzucr is a wellness and education app — it is not a medical device. It does not provide insulin or medication dosing, diagnoses, or treatment advice. AI nutrition estimates are approximations, not lab measurements. Always consult a healthcare professional about your diabetes care.

1. The service

miAzucr helps you track Latin nutrition and glucose: AI food-photo estimates, glucose logging with trends, diabetes-friendly Latin meal plans, and a bilingual AI coach (Dulci). Features may change as we improve the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use miAzucr.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, which permanently wipes your data.

miAzucr Premium costs $9.99/month, billed through Apple In-App Purchase and auto-renews until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's App Store subscription settings. The free tier includes 5 AI food scans per week. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by miAzucr. Your logged data remains yours; see the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nutrition estimates are AI-generated approximations for education only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, miAzucr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
